Our June Blend Cold Brew Coffee is a versatile base that you can use to create a variety of delicious drinks and recipes. Here are some ideas of what you can make with cold brew coffee:

a jug of cold brew coffee

Iced Coffee:
This is the simplest and most common use for  cold brew. Simply pour cold brew coffee over ice and add any milk of your choice, cream, or  flavoured syrups to taste. Cold brew  is deliberately sweeter and less acidic than  coffee made with hot water so you may find you  don't need to add any sugar or syrups.

Coffee Smoothie:

Blend cold brew coffee with ice, milk (or a milk alternative), a banana, and a natural sweetener of your choice if required, for a refreshing and healthy coffee smoothie.

Coffee Soda:
Mix cold brew coffee with sparkling water or soda for a fizzy and refreshing coffee soda. You might like to add some flavoured syrups for extra flavour.

Coffee Liqueur:
We have a brilliant and very simple recipe to make your own Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur at home.

Coffee Cocktails:
Cold brew coffee can be a great base for alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Try making an Espresso Martini, Irish Coffee, or a Coffee Old Fashioned using cold brew as the coffee component.

Coffee Milkshakes:
Combine cold brew coffee with vanilla ice cream, milk, and any additional flavourings you like (chocolate, caramel, peanut butter, etc.) for a creamy coffee milkshake.

Affogato Coffee:
Pour cold brew coffee over a scoop of your favourite ice cream or gelato for this delicious Italian dessert.

Coffee Lollies:
Make coffee lollies/popsicles by mixing cold brew with a bit of sweetened condensed milk and pouring the mixture into lolly/popsicle molds.

Cold Brew Espresso Martini

Coffee Desserts:
Use cold brew coffee as an ingredient in desserts like tiramisu, coffee-flavoured ice cream, or coffee-infused cheesecake.

Coffee Marinades:
Cold brew can be used in marinades for meats, especially when you want to add a hint of coffee flavour and tenderize the meat.

Coffee Syrup:
Reduce cold brew coffee to a syrupy consistency, add natural sweeteners to taste, and use it to drizzle over pancakes, waffles, or desserts.

Coffee Chia Pudding:
Mix cold brew coffee with chia seeds and a natural sweetener, then refrigerate it overnight for a coffee-flavoured chia pudding.

Coffee Oatmeal or Overnight Oats:
Add a splash of cold brew coffee to your morning oatmeal or overnight oats for a caffeine kick and a hint of coffee flavour.

Coffee Ice Cubes:
Freeze cold brew coffee in ice cube trays and use the coffee ice cubes in your regular hot coffee to prevent dilution.

Coffee Tiramisu:
Use cold brew coffee instead of espresso in your tiramisu recipe for a twist on this classic Italian dessert.

Coffee BBQ Sauce:
Incorporate cold brew into homemade BBQ sauce for a unique flavour profile in your grilled dishes.
