We have taken four arabica coffees, Brazilian Santos, Brazilian Yellow Bourbon, Nicaragua and Ethiopian, then carefully blended them together to give us this excellent medium roasted, Italian style coffee. Giving a round silky nutty profile with notes of honey, stoned fruits and caramel. There is an added sweetness when combined with milk.
Sustainability: All of our coffee beans are traceable directly to the farm and the farmer. Our coffees are either Fair Trade, Organic (FTO) or Rain Forest Alliance certified, or grown as a collective/cooperative to assure a fair wage and good environmental practice. Our coffee bags are compostable.
