If you’re new here — hello! I’m William, owner and roaster at Well Roasted Coffee. I roast all of our speciality coffee in small batches right here in the Welland Valley on the border of Northamptonshire and Leicestershire, and it’s freshly roasted each week before it heads out to you.
January can be a little ‘dry’ and fortunately seemed to fly by, so February feels like the perfect time to say hello, share what’s new, and ease into the year together. And with spring just around the corner, there’s lots to look forward to.
☕ New Crop Timor Leste – Back & Better Than Ever
I’m really pleased to say that our new crop of Timor Leste single origin from Karst Organics has arrived. It’s been roasted, brewed, tasted (several times…) and it’s every bit as good as we hoped.
This coffee is always a favourite, and the new harvest absolutely delivers. Those distinctive, unique flavours are still there — sweet, smooth, and beautifully complex — with a freshness that really shines through in the cup.
If Timor Leste has been a regular for you, you’ll be very happy. And if you’ve never tried it before, this new crop is a great place to start.
