Took a little gift of a Zimbabwe AA Pezeru green bean and decided to roast for my tasting. Lovely looking smoothly milled green bean nice grassy aroma. It seems to have roasted well with a large smooth even colour. Just hope it tastes as good as it looks - will give some feedback next week after the tasting.

We had to let one of the Aeropress's go to a new home - a coffee lover home so we are not too sad. Off it went with its own little blue tote bag - without as much as a look back

Thursday evening an Edible16 dining experience all the locally supplied food cooked and served by the producers to a select few. The meal will be finished off with Well Roasted Coffee from Guatemala. Should be a good evening.

No roasting tomorrow as we are going to the annual 'London Calling' coffee festival for those in the know. It will give me a chance to 'cup' (our lingo for taste) new Arabica origins and new season old favourites. Looking forward to some exciting new coffees and new ideas to pass on. Will report back
