Willy's Classica - Italian Style Espresso House Blend

Inspired by the timeless tradition of Italian espresso, Willy's Classica is our founder's signature house blend — a personal favourite crafted from four carefully selected Arabica coffees — Brazilian Santos, Brazilian Yellow Bourbon, Nicaraguan and Ethiopian — small batch hand roasted to bring out the very best in each origin.

The result is a round, silky and beautifully balanced espresso with a nutty profile and notes of honey, stoned fruits and caramel. A coffee that's as satisfying straight from the machine as it is through milk, where an added natural sweetness comes to life in a flat white, latte or cappuccino.
