Sombrio — from the Portuguese for dark — is our Brazilian espresso, a darker roast of our beloved Fazenda São Lucas beans, crafted to bring out a richer, bolder character while retaining the natural sweetness that makes Brazilian coffee so special.

Small batch hand roasted to a darker profile, Sombrio delivers a full-bodied, smooth espresso with deep notes of dark chocolate, cocoa and roasted peanuts, with a long, satisfying finish and a gentle sweetness that lingers on the palate. Rain Forest Alliance and UTZ certified, sourced from Fazenda São Lucas Farm in Alta Mogiana, Brazil.
