We’ve just returned from a short break and a much-needed holiday—and we’re excited to be back doing what we love: roasting exceptional small-batch speciality coffee for you. We managed to have some great coffees during our trip and will share some of the experiences with you in the coming weeks.

NEW Guatemala Santa Rosa Coffee
Our new Guatemala coffee has arrived. It has flavour notes of dark chocolate, stoned fruit and caramel, a creamy body and lively, citric acidity. It's a single origin Arabica grown in the fertile volcanic soils of the Santa Rosa valleys in south-central Guatemala. These Central Highlands provide ideal conditions for coffee farming, with their high elevations and mineral-rich volcanic terrain. The region’s climate encourages slow ripening of the beans, enhancing their flavour complexity. Santa Rosa coffees are known for their smooth, well-balanced profile with rich chocolate undertones. We look forward to hearing your thoughts when you try it - please do leave us a review.
