Ethiopia Sidamo Coffee

Our Ethiopia Sidamo Coffee is produced in Sidamo, Oromia in the south of Ethiopia. The region is lush with vegetation and fertile farming land. Most of the coffees are intercropped with false banana, papaya, tea, honey and avocados. The coffee grows at different altitudes across the region and can have various cup profiles from farm to farm and different regions.

Flavour notes: Citrus, milk chocolate, tea, floral

Taste Profile: Pleasant balanced coffee, with a smooth soft body, a delicate clean finish,  bright acidity and a sweet finish.

Growing Altitude: 1600 -1900 m.a.s.l.

Arabica variety:  Heirloom

Processing: Fully washed

Sustainability: All of our coffee beans are traceable directly to the farm and the farmer. Our coffees are either Fair Trade Organic (FTO) or Rain Forest Alliance (RFA) certified, or grown as a collective/cooperative to assure a fair wage and good environmental practice. Our coffee bags are compostable.
